As part of our quarterly series, we explore who was hiring in the second quarter (April - June) of 2026
Of the 673 STEM postings recorded by JobHunter Ug in Q2 2026, 631 came from named, direct employers; the remaining 42 were placed by recruitment and staffing intermediaries on behalf of undisclosed clients, and are treated separately below. Across those 631 direct postings, 261 distinct organisations were hiring, but the distribution is far from even.
