SUMMARY: One Acre Fund is seeking a Uganda Field Operations Regional Lead to support field operations and programme delivery in Central Uganda. The role focuses on regional strategy execution, extension services, market access, input sales, team leadership, and programme expansion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead implementation of regional field operations strategy and farmer impact plans.
Coordinate resources, systems, and processes required to deliver programme outcomes in the region.
Manage and supervise regional field operations teams, including workload planning and execution.
Drive delivery of extension services and support field execution for market access and input sales activities.
Lead research, surveys, and rollout activities for expansion into new parishes and districts.
Represent field operations in stakeholder forums and collaborate with internal teams across programmes and regions.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Agriculture or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or diploma with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
At least 4 years of experience in project management, leadership, and people management.
Experience in project execution and operational delivery.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and drive commercial results, including sales performance.
