SUMMARY: Agro Processing Plant is seeking a Technical Process Operator – Mechanical to support the operation and maintenance of production process equipment. The role focuses on process machine operation, mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment integrity, spare parts coordination, and safe production operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate production process equipment and machines end to end.
Maintain a safe, healthy, and risk-free working environment in line with safety policies.
Maintain and repair equipment, machines, and associated devices while meeting quality standards.
Perform operation and maintenance tasks on processing machines.
Conduct condition monitoring, inspections, troubleshooting, and fault assessments.
Support spare parts ordering, delivery verification, and maintenance consumables management.

Requirements
Minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
At least 2 years of hands-on mechanical experience in avocado oil processing companies.
Experience in process flow operations and maintenance of processing machines and equipment.
Knowledge of health and safety protocols in FMCG is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
Experience using ERP systems is required.
