Serving as the first point of contact for ICT support requests and providing timely user assistance for hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues.
Managing the helpdesk, troubleshooting technical incidents, and maintaining up-to-date ICT equipment inventories.
Supporting virtual, hybrid, and in-person meetings by managing conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex) and audio-visual setups.
Maintaining and monitoring UNICEF’s local network infrastructure, installing components, conducting routine WAN checks, and improving network availability.
Supporting ICT operations by onboarding/offboarding staff, updating documentation, and maintaining a knowledge base of solutions.
Facilitating ICT training, awareness sessions, and staff digital-literacy support initiatives.

Bachelor of Science with Education or BSc + Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Chemistry and/or Biology)
Minimum 1 year of secondary school teaching experience
Strong academic background in Chemistry and Biology
Practicing Christian with high moral integrity
No criminal record or child-protection violations
Willingness to live and work in Nimule
South Sudanese nationality (mandatory)
