SUMMARY: Schneider Electric is seeking a Services Project Manager (Junior) to support site service activities for the EACOP project. The role focuses on work order coordination, manpower tracking, procurement support, financial control, subcontractor reporting, documentation, and project execution support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and track work orders and service activities across project sites.
Assign work orders to Field Service Representatives and subcontractor teams.
Monitor manpower planning, site rotations, mobilisation, and planned versus actual manhours.
Support procurement, requisitions, purchase orders, supplier invoice tracking, and cost estimates.
Prepare weekly reports, trackers, dashboards, reconciliations, and project documentation.
Liaise with project managers, finance, procurement, site teams, subcontractors, and the customer.

Requirements
BSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognised university.
3 to 5 years of experience in a project-based environment.
Exposure to customer projects, site services, or EPC projects.
Experience in utilities, mining, oil and gas, or energy infrastructure projects is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and digital workplace tools.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage; Microsoft Project is required and Primavera knowledge is an added advantage.
