Requirements
Master’s degree in Public Health or related field
Minimum 10 years’ experience managing NGO programmes and operations
At least 8 years’ experience working in developing countries
Proven experience leading cross-cultural senior management teams
Demonstrated experience in donor engagement, partnerships, and resource mobilization
Strong strategic planning, leadership, and communication skills
