Requirements
Active Christian faith; alignment with Statement of Faith
8–10 years senior management / operations experience
5+ years rural or peri-urban WASH; water utility/enterprise preferred
East Africa experience (Uganda preferred)
Strong financial management (P&L, budgeting, BvA, QuickBooks or equivalent)
Strategic planning, business development, and team leadership
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related postgraduate degree preferred
