SUMMARY: King Ceasor University is seeking a Lecturer in Pathology to support undergraduate teaching and academic programme delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide students with high-quality and relevant learning opportunities.
Undertake research and write publications in the area of specialization.
Set academic standards and monitor progress within the area of responsibility.
Mentor and train lecturers and assistant lecturers in the department.
Support curriculum development, review, quality assurance, and teaching enhancement.
Carry out departmental administrative duties, community service, and other assigned responsibilities.

Requirements
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Evidence of pedagogical skills.
Proven academic ability in research, publication, and teaching in higher institutions of learning.
Minimum 5 years’ teaching experience at a recognized academic institution, including 3 years at lecturer level.
Supervision of at least 3 graduate students to completion.
Eight recognized publications in the area of specialization, including at least 3 publications within the last 3 years.
