SUMMARY: The Office of the Prime Minister is seeking a Labour Intensive Public Works Specialist to support the Joint Project Implementation Unit for DRDIP II and NUSAF IV. The role focuses on labour-intensive public works support, project planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, safeguards compliance, and reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support labour-intensive public works activities under DRDIP II and NUSAF IV.
Provide technical support for project planning, coordination, and implementation.
Support procurement, contract management, and civil works management where required.
Support environmental and social safeguards compliance.
Support monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities.
Work in line with Government of Uganda regulations and World Bank guidelines.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
