SUMMARY: True North Consult is seeking an HBB & FTTH Quality Analyst to support network performance and customer experience for Home Broadband, Enterprise Business, and FTTH services. The role focuses on installation delay analysis, customer complaint analysis, FTTH deployment monitoring, KPI tracking, reporting, and coordination with technical teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor delayed HBB installations against SLA targets and identify operational, technical, or network-related causes.
Analyse customer complaints related to installation delays, service quality, connectivity, repeat faults, and network coverage.
Coordinate with Operations, Technical, Radio, Transmission, Customer Service, and other stakeholder teams to resolve network and service quality issues.
Monitor FTTH rollout, deployment progress, installation success rates, and area readiness.
Prepare daily, weekly, and management reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance recommendations.
Track KPIs including SLA compliance, delayed installations, complaint resolution time, FTTH deployment progress, repeat faults, and network escalation turnaround time.

Requirements
Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HBB and FTTH installations and issue analysis.
Experience in the fiber domain and understanding of FTTH delivery gaps.
Knowledge of telecommunications, broadband, Radio, Transmission, and FTTH network operations.
Strong analytical, reporting, problem-solving, coordination, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced Excel and reporting tool skills, with customer service orientation and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
