SUMMARY: Kanzu Code is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer – Customer Support to support users and resolve production system issues. The role focuses on debugging live systems, documenting fixes, working with support and operations teams, and improving systems based on customer feedback.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Debug and resolve production issues in live systems.
Support users by investigating and addressing technical problems.
Improve systems based on recurring issues and customer feedback.
Build long-term technical solutions rather than temporary fixes.
Document fixes, processes, and recurring issues.
Work closely with Support and Operations teams.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in full-stack development.
Experience with a frontend framework such as React, Vue, or similar.
Comfortable working with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
