SUMMARY: TUMU Medical Institute is seeking a Deputy Principal to support the administration and academic management of its nursing and midwifery training institution. The role focuses on academic programme oversight, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, teaching, and supporting institutional leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Principal in administration and management.
Oversee academic programmes and ensure quality training standards.
Supervise staff and support professional development.
Coordinate planning, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Act in the Principal’s absence.
Lead tutors/trainers and teach assigned subjects.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Midwifery.
Postgraduate Diploma in Health Education.
