SUMMARY: TotalEnergies EP Uganda is recruiting a Biodiversity (Forests & Wetlands) Graduate Trainee to support the Social & Biodiversity Department. The role is intended for recent graduates interested in conservation, biodiversity, wetlands, forestry, and environmental management within the context of the Tilenga Project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Social & Biodiversity Department in forests and wetlands-related activities
Assist with biodiversity monitoring, environmental reporting, and conservation initiatives
Support fieldwork, data collection, analysis, and documentation related to biodiversity and ecosystem management
Contribute to implementation of environmental and biodiversity management plans

Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in any of the following:Forestry
Environmental Science
Zoology
Botany
Conservation Biology
Biology
Wildlife Management
Must have graduated within the last 2 years
Academic performance should indicate at least Upper Second Class potential
No prior work experience required
Strong interest in environmental conservation, wetlands, forestry, and biodiversity
