Associate Supply Officer

Plan delivery of relief items in line with operational needs and procurement strategy.
Monitor local supply chain and resolve bottlenecks; provide regular reports.
Coordinate customs clearance, storage, transport and distribution of goods.
Manage asset and fleet records, verification, disposal and reporting.
Support procurement processes including tenders, bid evaluations and purchase orders.
Maintain accurate logistics data and ensure compliance with UNHCR policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant professional experience (preferably public procurement).
Fluent English.
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
Knowledge of UNHCR/UN procurement or supply chain systems is an asset.
Candidate must be a national of a country other than Uganda.
