SUMMARY: Xclusive Uganda is seeking a Greenhouse In-charge Young Plants to support horticulture production operations. The role focuses on irrigation monitoring, pest and disease control, climate control, greenhouse hygiene, plant care, and supervision of spray activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor irrigation processes, EC/PH measurements, dry spots, dripline flushing, and leakages.
Ensure pests and diseases are controlled.
Carry out physical spraying.
Support timely climate control in the greenhouse.
Ensure greenhouse maintenance and hygiene.
Monitor spray men checklists, train spray staff, and support plant care and growth monitoring.

Requirements
Diploma in an agriculture-related course.
At least 2 years’ experience in agricultural production is an added advantage.
Ability to physically spray.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Good written and oral English skills.
