SUMMARY: MTN Uganda is seeking an Analyst – Subscriber Registration to support SIM registration compliance and reporting. The role focuses on data analysis, dashboard development, and monitoring trends to detect anomalies and ensure regulatory compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain dashboards for SIM registration and compliance tracking
Analyze SIM registration data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential fraud
Generate periodic and ad hoc reports to support risk and compliance operations
Ensure accuracy and alignment of KYC data and compliance reporting
Support automation of reporting processes to improve operational efficiency
Investigate and resolve data exceptions flagged by IT or compliance teams

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Commerce, IT, or related field
2–3 years of experience in business analytics and reporting (preferably telecom)
Experience in data visualization and dashboard development
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential data with professionalism
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
