Facilitate market access, aggregation, and linkages to buyers and agro-processors
Support value addition, enterprise development, and agribusiness incubation
Link farmer groups to financial institutions, VSLA systems, and financial literacy support
Coordinate youth skilling and apprenticeship programmes in agribusiness services
Facilitate private-sector partnerships and business-to-business engagement
Support establishment and operation of aggregation points or marketing hubs
Track market linkage outcomes, enterprise development, and youth participation
Contribute to periodic project reporting and documentation

Requirements
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in agribusiness development, market systems, or value chains
Experience working with farmer groups, cooperatives, and private-sector actors
Knowledge of market development, financial inclusion, and business development services
Experience linking smallholders to buyers, processors, and financial institutions
Experience supporting youth entrepreneurship and enterprise skills development
Fluency in written and spoken English
Desirable
Training in market systems development or cooperative development
Experience in refugee or humanitarian contexts
Knowledge of local languages spoken in refugee settlements
