KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate implementation of the project M&E system, including indicator tracking, performance monitoring, AMELP processes and reporting against targets, milestones and deliverables.

• Lead routine data verification, quality assessments, analysis and visualisation, and ensure corrective actions are followed through.

• Support PEPFAR reporting, quarterly and annual reporting, performance reviews, evaluations, assessments and dissemination of programme findings.

• Supervise and provide technical support to M&E Officers and work with facility teams to strengthen data accuracy, completeness, consistency and timeliness.

• Strengthen HMIS and digital data systems, including DHIS2 and other Ministry of Health reporting platforms, in collaboration with District Biostatisticians and facility teams.

• Support operational research, learning activities and capacity building in data management, quality assurance, analysis and use of evidence for programme improvement.
